Microsoft Server 2003 is a requirement. All users - including textile rental customers - are required to use Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher.

The Tracking Module supports both bar codes and RFID chips. The software ships with tools to manage the garment ID's and make sure that you are billing for every garment that you serve.

The Sales & Work Order Module manages the garment stockroom and make-up function. The order module does not require the tracking module.

In conjunction with the sales and work order module, the Emblem Module documents and manages customer emblems by department, by wearer.

Mobile Accounting (Handhelds) offer the Route Sales staff the opportunity to eliminate both paper and mistakes by capturing signatures electronically and using business logic to calculate adjustments.

Microsoft Business Solution financial software is a requirement for accounts receivable. Fulcrum.NET integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Great Plains.
