Fulcrum integrates Hand Held computers for the Route with the Mobile Accounting module

Continuing the trend offering leading edge technology to Textile Rental operators, Fulcrum has now added Mobile Accounting to it's suite of software applications. The technological edge Fulcrum has been providing to the Plant is now extended to the Service Staff.

By utilizing off the shelf hardware, Service Staff now has the ability to maximize it's effectiveness on the road. Business Logic built into the application assures that company policy is enforced properly when providing service. Communication from the office to the Service Staff is greatly enhanced, providing the highest levels of customer care.

Because adjustments are recorded by the hand held, limited office involvement is necessary to update the Fulcrum Billing. A simple manager's review will pass the information directly to the Route Accounting application.

Mobile Accounting now is another way for Textile Rental companies to further leverage their investment in technology.
